States of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are in growing state from the past few years. Initially, Tamil Nadu used to dominate the other states with respect to growth. Film industry, software labs etc, were first established in Kollywood compared to other regions. Later on, Karnataka dominated the zone with software hub.
Now, Andhra Pradesh is the leading centre of business for South India. Almost all the MNCs were established in Hyderabad. Adding to this, all the companies are having their R&D centres in this region. Now, the T – JAC leaders are demanding the government to send back the non – locals and divide the state. If this happens, majority of the positions in software companies will go vacant.
Adding to this, the growing stage of Hyderabad too may get decreased. With the disperse of non – locals, majority of the companies will stop operating from Hyderabad. It takes lot of time to establish companies in Seemandhra where there are no restrictions. Hence, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu may dominate Andhra after the division of the state. Anyways, Andhra will come back to power with double pace after a decade or so.
