Telugu Association of North America (TANA) contributed $100,000 towards Hudhud Cyclone Relief Operations. The Association's President Mohan Nannapaneni expressed solidarity to the victims of the natural disaster and promised complete support for relief & rehabilitation.
Apparently, $100,000 is just an initial contribution from this biggest Telugu Organization outside India. TANA have been now chalking out plans to take part in the relief and rebuilding works more effectively. The organization has decided to raise more funds to help the needy.
TANA has always extended helping hand to Telugus whenever there is a crisis. On a whole, It contributed over 40 million dollars for relief and development activities in United AP. Floods and Cyclone Victims in Krishna, Kurnool and Prakasam districts will always be indebted to this Telugu Organization for building 800 houses.
Kudos to TANA Management for giving a platform for NRI Telugus to take part in relief works by contributing generously. Wish The Good Work Continues Forever…!
