TDP in 6 states

Andhra Pradesh chief minister and TDP boss N Chandrababu Naidu once again expressed his desire to convert the yellow party into a national party to expand its base beyond Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The politburo meeting of TDP resolved to secure the 'national party status' for the party by the next Mahanadu in May 2015 in Vijayawada.Chandrababu who addressed his politburo reportedly expressed his plans to expand the party to the states like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andaman Nicobar.

Naidu told party leaders to find out the process other regional parties had adopted to secure the national tag.He further added that by converting the party into a national one, the TDP leadership wants to play a key role on the national political scenario

As per reports babu also asked the;leaders to suggest name for the national party.Some of the names suggested for the party are All India TDP, TDP National Party and TDP (National Party).

The TDP leadership certainly has a national image.Th eaprty founder  N T Rama Rao headed the national front and  under his leadership, the TDP played an instrumental role in centre.

Even Chandrababu Naidu  was served as NDA convener and he has credit of deciding Prime Monaistres.Lets see whether TDP get succeeded in expanding its wings national wide or not.
