AICC leaders and in-charge of AP affairs Digvijay Singh on Friday made an official declaration on the Telangana issue. While speaking to media after the three-hour long discussions with party leaders, he informed: "Consultations have been done and the time for decision has finally come. We will let you know the decision." Digvijay told.
