The induction of Kadiyam Srihari into Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's cabinet as Deputy CM after the expulsion of T Rajaiah has paved way for Warangal Lok Sabha by-election. As Kadiyam is all set become an MLC on Monday, He will be resigning as Warangal MP immediately and by-poll follows within 6 months.
G Vivek who served as Peddapalli MP until 2014 is one candidate all the major parties wishes to field in the by-poll. The winning chances for all the parties is more or less equal and hence parties were looking to field a winning horse. TDP-BJP were already holding talks with G Vivek. While Congress isn't ruling out G Vivek's candidature as of now, TRS is also keen on fielding him as the party candidate.
Analysts say, G Vivek who belongs to Mala Community isn't going to have a cakewalk in Warangal by-poll as the constituency has been dominated by Madigas and the non-local factor might also work against him.
