A cheating case has been lodged against Producer Bandla Ganesh with the Banjara Hills police in connection with Rs 80 lakhs.
Financier Dharam Tej who is a native of Guntur revealed Bandla Ganesh of borrowing Rs 80 lakhs from him in the year 2011 by promising him to give rights of 'Gabbar Singh'. Now, the complainant alleges producer had neither offered him distribution rights nor returned the amount.
