Heroine Kangana Ranaut doesn’t shy from making statements that are extremely potent and necessary. Kangana who paired with Prabhas in Ek Niranjan always been known for her firebrand, honest interviews.

Once again the lady exposed from bottom of her heart by saying that endorsing fairness creams is an offensive and criminal act

While speaking in a promotion event of her upcoming film Queen Kangana says “Initially even I had got multiple offers to endorse fairness creams and they were offering me lump-sum amounts for it but I refused to do it. Ever since I was a kid, I have never understood the concept of fairness. Especially, in such a case, as a celebrity, what kind of an example would I be setting for younger people? I have no regrets about turning this offer down. As a public figure, I have responsibilities.

Such products uproot self-confidence completely. We are human beings not soap bars manufactured out of the same machine. Each individual has their own appeal and own charm and they need to be happy in their own space and skin but due to these multimillion industries with their products and stars endorsing it, its creating a deep unsettling thought of inequality among the people that is akin to criminal activity “ concluded the outspoken actress.

Apparently, the actress was offered a huge amount (Rs 2 crore deal) to become the face of a brand which sells fairness creams. But the actress had no qualms turning down this offer to stick to her values
