As the chaos in Shruti Haasan and PVP episode raises to peaks, with the producer filing a cheating and criminal case on Shruti in Madras City Court as the actress has dropped from his Nagarjuna-Karthi starrer, noted producer Suresh Babu talks about it.
“These days actors accept so many offers and sign movies back to back. They say that if they can’t finish their present film, the producers will suffer and hence they delay the next project. Such practise is existent from a time. Film industry became very undisciplined these days”, says Suresh. “Due to these artists, everyone has to suffer. However Suresh has strict policy of not working with such actors again. “If anyone turns up late on my sets, I prefer not to work with them anymore”, he concludes.
In the wake of Shruti dropping out from the film, producers are now contemplating to form laws that allow a strict action on actors.
