Blockbuster producer is in big troubles now. Banjara Hills police today issued notices to Bandla Ganesh , a day after registering a cheating case against him for allegedly cheating and threatening a financer.
After finishing preliminary investigation the police sent notices to the producer to asking him to give explanation on this. The police also said to be warned him that he would face action if he fails to respond to the notices.
Its need to recall that a financier has filed a cheating case against the producer alleging that he cheated him during the release of Gabbar Singh film.During Gabbar Singh shooting, Ganesh is learnt taking 80 lakhs of loan from a financier named Dharma charan Tulasi. Then, the producer promised the financier to mete out the film’s Guntur area rights; however he failed to make his promise.
When asked about that the producer warned him with dire swquences.The financier who waited for such long time has finally approached police.
