Shruti Haasan signed one more commercial potboiler and this time its a bi-lingual starring Vishal in the lead role. Director Hari (Saamy, Aaru and Singham franchise fame) will be wielding the megaphone.
Speaking the tabloid, Shruti admitted she wasn't getting exciting roles in Tamil post 7th Sense and 3. She claims to have always wanted to be part of an out and out commercial flick in Tamil. Hence, she signed Hari's film who according to her is good at making masala films work at the Box Office.
In fact, Shruti Haasan signed the flick even before the hero got finalized. Later, Vishal was roped to play the lead. Despite aware of the flop track of the dark-hero, she decided to play the female lead and that shows her commitment
