Andy Rubin, The co-founder and former leader of Google’s Android mobile business and the current head of its nascent robotics effort, is leaving the Internet giant. In a a statement to media the company confirmed the news and it wished Andy on his future aspirations.
According to sources Andy departure is potentially a blow to the company's ambitions in robotics. Google has made large investments, including acquiring more than eight companies in order to focus on robotics area. The company which focused to get revenue from other areas than its core business advertising and search engine might face huge challenges with this exit.
