Here is a good news for all ardent followers of YS Jagan. Giving major relief to YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the CBI Court at Nampally on Wednesday relaxed the bail conditions enabling him to tour Andhra Pradesh and visit Delhi.
The CBI Court took the decision after hearing a petition filed by Jagan Mohan Reddy on October 11 seeking permission to relax bail conditions. In the petition, Jagan apprised the court that a precarious situation is prevailing in the State and his presence is needed since he leads a political party and also he is an MP.
He had argued that he needs to reach out to people to know about their problems. He also told the court that he ought to complete the "Odarpu Yatra" to go and meet the bereaved families of those who had committed suicide or died of heart attack following the sudden demise of former Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.
Responding to the request from Jagan the CBI special court relaxed the conditions of the bail. Now he can move in the State and also at Delhi.
Its known that YS Jagan who was in Jail for 16 months on the charges of quid pro quo in his disproportionate assets was given bail on 23rd September after CBI stated that the investigation is over with a condition that he should not leave Hyderabad without court’s permission.
