Mystery over Rs 10 lakh Cash Bag at AP Minister's Home

Cops have taken Retired Teacher Vishnuvathi into custody after she left a bag full of cash worth Rs 10 lakhs at AP Minister Peethala Sujatha's residence at Veeravasam, West Godavari.

Speaking to media, Vishnuvathi claimed she knew Peethala Sujatha's family and went to meet the Minister's Father Babji. As Babji wasn't in the house, She waiting for him for few hours and forgot about the cash bag while reading a newspaper. "I had withdrawn the money from a Bank in Palakollu for the marriage of his Brother's Daughter," she told.

Inspite of losing the cash bag, Vishnuvathi hasn't lodged a police complaint and this development hints she might have deliberately left it at the Minister's residence.  
 
On Tuesday night, A Worker in Peethala Sujatha's House informed police about an unclaimed bag in the premises. They found Rs 10 lakh cash and a DSC hall ticket with the name Sri Lakshmi  along with certificates in the bag.
