Its known that union minister Venkaiah Naidu hosted Sankranthi celebrations at his home district Nellore. Swarna Bharathi Trust owned by venkaiah family conducted the festivities and the event was oraganized by Naidu’s daughter and it was attended by none other than Pawan Kalyan.
Speaking on the occasion, Venkaiah Naidu showered praises on megastar Chiranjeevi and power star Pawan Kalyan. He called Telugu megastar and former Union minister K. Chiranjeevi as third eye to the Telugu Film Industry. “If NTR and ANR were two eyes for Telugu Film Industry, then Chiranjeevi is the third eye”, he said.
Calling Pawan as youth icon, Naidu said that Pawan strongly wanted to work for people’s welfare.Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fudnavis also took part in the event.Andhra Pradesh BJP President Haribabu, Minister Kamineni Srinivas, BJP leaders, activists and fans of the actor participated in the celebrations.
Naidu comments on Chiranjeevi turned hot topic and many saying he is wooing megastar into BJP fold.Chiranjeevi was supposed to join the BJP before the elections, but the Congress put him in charge of the election campaign for AP, so he dropped the decision at that time.
