Telengana based collector Smitha Sabarwal, who impressed the people of her constituency by encouraging voting, putting up several schemes, moved to CM Peshi soon after 2014 elections. KCR got impressed with her schemes and her dedication. He invited Smitha to occupy CM Peshi chair in his office.
