The disruptions began as soon as the house met for the day with some members raising slogans opposing the division of Andhra Pradesh for the formation of a separate Telangana state.
Samajwadi Party members raised the issue of price rise.
Speaker Meira Kumar repeatedly appealed for order in the house to enable her to ascertain the views of members on the three notices of no-confidence motion that she has received.
However, as the disruptions continued, she adjourned the house till 12 noon.
When the Lok Sabha met again at 12 noon, similar scenes were witnessed and the speaker adjourned the house first till 1 p.m. and finally for the day.
