Tamil star Vijay on Tuesday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the crisis in Tamil Film Industry. He particularly mentioned about the huge service tax collected by state and central governments that's hampering the growth of Industry. He also pointed out the multii-layered tax system is affecting the everybody from producers, technicians, actors and movie workers. He appealed Modi to react at the earliest to bail out Industry from crisis.
