A new research revealed - Spending too much time on your mobile devices makes you physically weak and harms your health in the long run.
Kent State University study found that students who spent 14-hours a day with mobile phones were less fit than the ones that spend about one-and-a-half hour a day. The study also proved people who spent more time on their mobiles will engage in entertainment activities like playing video games and watching films.
