In view of the repolling to be held on Tuesday in 29 polling centers, The Election Commission on Sunday announced that restrictions on telecast/publication of Exit Polls in Seemandhra and Telangana till 6:30 pm on May 13th.
Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwarlal ordered the media houses to restrain from either conducting Exit Polls or reporting its results from 6 pm on Sunday to 6:30 pm on Tuesday. He also directed the electronic media to stop telecasting any matter that would influence the voters as repelling is yet to happen in several polling booths.
Hence, All the electronic, print and web media have to wait till Tuesday evening for revealing the facts they knew.
